We have recently welcomed 2 chickens into our school! The students are following a weekly roster where their class groups look after the chickens by topping up their water and food, cleaning the coop and collecting the eggs. This is a great learning opportunity for our students to gain new responsibilities in caring for our animal friends. There will be a poll posted to our Facebook shortly for the community to help decide on some names for our lovely ladies! We have Salt and Pepper, Ana and Else, and Honey and Soy. Keep an eye out for the upcoming poll, and don’t forget to vote!
